Volunteer Leadership

FYDC works with a team of volunteer captains for each production. Captains serve a 1-2 month leadership period, with the exception of costumes, props and sets teams. Captains lead applicable volunteer teams for different elements within the season, and are compensated for their service with a partial tuition scholarship.
